I do not know the sweet taste of revenge,

I'm proud that typical of me it isn't

Though this thrill is among the righteous ranged

And for revenge I had too many reasons.

But when I come across an enemy

He always happens to be the meaner.

So I choose the more innocent to be

Not an accomplice of his vile demeaner.
