All night long

I am fighting the dragon.

He is enormous

And fabulously frightful.

He has long claws

And scaly neck,

Sharp teeth

And strong tail...

Yet,

I stand up fight.

And after every strike,

I fall down...

But I attack again.

I know I am an ant to him,

I do not even dare

Run away...

It's an eternity,

Since I am fighting the dragon.

But I suddenly find out

I'm embittered in a dragon's way!

I already have

The same teeth and claws.

My sores stay hidden

Under silver scales.

I even feel

I have a dragon's tail...

I myself have become enormous

And fabulously awesome...

There! he drew back, fled away the villain!

Now the fight's over...

I am the dragon.
